    Criteria for Exchange/Return

    • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Your item must be in the original packaging.
    • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Exchange/Return Process

    Ship back item(s) to be exchange/returned using USPS to

    1. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.
    2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange/return.
    3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
    4. If your exchange is approved, we will ship your exchange order to you FREE OF CHARGE.  Any outstanding balance on your exchange order will be charged to the credit your provide on the Exchange/Return Form.
